Breathable Fabric Tech
This is my fourth AirLite shirt. IMO, they are just about the best shirt for pickleball in hot, humid weather (almost all the time in S. Louisiana!). So breathable and moisture-wicking. I debated on the color but decided on the royal blue - it's an outstanding, brilliant color, much brighter than Centerline's other, more muted colors. One warning ... these are very delicate shirts, so be careful in washing drying to protect the fabric.
I have tried quite a few performance tee shirts and there are a handful of great ones and some that are just not worth the price at all. I am currently in the middle of marathon training and it really puts some of the shirts I try to the test. During pickleball I barely broke a sweat as the shirt breathes extremely well but during my run sweating will happen no matter what. What I hate is when a shirt holds so much sweat that during the run the shirt feels like its choking me and let me tell you Centerline crushed it in this department. Extremely lightweight even when I put 5 pounds of sweat into it. Going to be my go to shirts for runs and pickleball going forward.
